I offer one-to-one counselling for adults who are experiencing emotional distress, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns.
People come to counselling for many reasons, including:
Anxiety or persistent worry
Low mood or depression
Intrusive thoughts or OCD-related difficulties
Trauma or adverse experiences
Relationship difficulties
Life transitions, loss, or uncertainty
You do not need to be in crisis to seek counselling. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
How I work
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to you. I work at a pace that feels manageable and respectful, with attention to safety and trust.
Where appropriate, I may draw on evidence-based approaches, including structured interventions, while always keeping the work grounded in the therapeutic relationship.

Format: In-person (Cotswolds) and online
Sessions: 50 minutes
Fees: £60
Free consultation: I offer a free 15-minute call to help you decide whether counselling with me feels right for you.
